Porshe is the largest woman in FWO, and she is also one of the strongest and toughest! Her first three victories were so impressive, they earned her a spot in the first ever FWO title match. Find out what the lady from NYC has to say about her opportunity, her chances of winning, and her opponent Paloma!
FWO: So Porshe, big match coming up against Paloma. But before we talk about the match, let's discuss your background a bit. How did you first get into wrestling or combat sports in general?
Porshe: I've always been a fighter. My parents worked their asses off to keep us out of the projects, and some of my classmates made fun of me for it. That never lasted long as I always fought anyone who harassed me. After awhile, I began winning nearly all my fights, especially after I went through a growth spurt in the tenth grade. I started to like it and became a bit of a bully. I got a lot of respect that way, and I've been that way ever since for better or for worse. On one hand, I'm a very strong and independent woman. On the other hand, I'm told I'm a real bitch to work with (laughter).
FWO: Any formal training before coming here?
Porshe: Sort of. I've been boxing for nearly to keep my figure. My body has been my livelihood all of my adult life, so I work hard on that. I've been at the point where I end my workouts with regular sparring sessions against men. I've had short term female sparring partners, but I usually whoop on their ass until they wind up quitting on me. Go figure. As you may or may not know, I'm a minor celebrity on the adult nightclub scene and I've toured nationally about twice a year since 2005. I've been to clubs that have had foxy boxing and messy wrestling on numerous occasions and the only time I've ever lost was when the outcome was fixed.
FWO: Talk more about your career. How did you get into stripping?
Porshe: Well, I've been dancing since I was 16. I had to lie to get around those stupid laws Giuliani put in place, and I even spent a few nights in jail after raids at the clubs I was working in. I've been successful enough to avoid the pornography trap several girls wind up going into, so I'm really happy at where I'm at now.
FWO: So what brought you here?
Porshe: You kiddin? The money, honey! That's why I originally came. However, I'm really enjoying myself. I love beating on my opponents and achieving dominance. I'm thinking about making a career out of either MMA or pro wrestling after this. I haven't decided yet, but I can get more work out of those paths than continuing to dance in clubs. There, I have three years of my prime left, tops.
FWO: Let's talk about your last opponent, Sally. You seems to overwhelm her in the pro ring. Do you feel comfortable there? Also, what do you call that move you finished her off with?
Porshe: Yeah, I saw Sally pull off some cheap sexual stuff in her wins. You ain't doing that with Porshe. I beat the crap out of her with some of the new pro holds I've been working on. The finisher is the "gorilla press". But I can say that, you can't. It's our word!
FWO: Alright, what do think about your upcoming opponent in the FWO title match?
Porshe: Paloma? Ha, I think she's fooling herself if she thinks she can do to me what she did to Carmen. And I'll be damned if some foreigner come up in here and takes a title over us Americans. She claims she known jui jitsu blah blah blah. When she locks up with me and finds out how much stronger I am, she will curl up into a little ball and hope for the best. Someone needs to warn here: Brazilian sistah's got a beat down coming her way!
